Lays celebrate 60 years

McCreary County Record

Whitley City —     James R. & Reba Lay, Lake City, TN. Will celebrate their 60th

Wedding Anniversary on Jan. 20th 2011.

    Randall and Reba were both born and raised in Mc Creary County.Randall is the son of the late Thomas & Amanda Lay, of Cal Hill Community. Reba is the daughter of the late Loren & Mahalia Hamlin, of Holly Hill community. Randall was a veteran of WWII. He retired from TVA in 1989 after 39 years. Reba is semi-retired But still enjoys cooking part time at a local restaurant.

  They both enjoy good health and singing at church and local events! They have 4 children, James L., Janice Bailey, Lewie, and Kara Lehman all of Tenn. And a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
