Whitley City — James W. and Janice (Ball) Barnett were married on October 14, 1961 in Jellico, Tennessee. They reside in Hamilton, OH where they have lived in the same house for 40 years. Four children were born to their union: Laura, Sarah, Eric and Aaron, and five grandchildren: Jesse, Jared, Peyton, Addyson and Aubrey. James worked at General Electric Company for 36 years, retiring in 1996. Janice is a homemaker.
