Effie Jane Stephens, wife of the late Grover Stephens, was born Nov. 2, 1919. She celebrated her 90th birthday at McCreary County Health and Rehabilitation Center on Sunday, Nov. 1st. She was blessed to be surrounded by all of her 6 children: Sue Carol Taylor, Ada Opal Simpson, Lonnie Stephens, Morlene Stephens, Gertrude Conatser and Darrell Stephens; 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren as well as many other family and friends. She enjoyed a fellowship dinner with cake and ice cream in the dining hall. “Happy Birthday, Mother, we cherish every moment with you”.
