Jimmy Darren “Bo” Jones, age 46 years, of Whitley City, Kentucky died January 16, 2013 in Knoxville, Tennessee at the UT Medical Center. Funeral services were held Friday, January 18, 2013 at 8pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Staley and Bro. Roger Bryant officiating. Burial was in the Barren Fork Cemetery on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at 12noon.
He was born in Marshes Siding, Kentucky on February 20, 1966 the son of Charles Ruthel Jones and the late Earma (Patrick) Jones. He worked in construction, was a member of the Flat Rock Missionary Baptist Church, and the North McCreary Fire Department.
His mother, Earma Jones and sister, Helen Mae Jones precedes him in death.
Survivors include his father, Charles Ruthel Jones; son, Garrett Colin Keith; brothers, Charles Russell “ Rusty” Jones and Mary, Carl Allen “Skip” Jones and Della, Timothy Craig “Tim” Jones and Theresa, Darrell Eugene Jones and Loretta, and Dennis Ray “Dink” Jones; and sisters, Ramona Mason and Terry and Melissa “Lisa” Tucker and Crawford.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
