Damon Tate Wright, Sr.

Damon Tate Wright, Sr., 74 of Radcliff, died Monday, May 28, 2012 at his residence.

He was a native of McCreary County, KY and was the owner of Knox Army Surplus in Radcliff for 10 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lemme and Ruby Wright.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Joyce Veirs Wright; three sons, Damon (Natalie) Wright, Jr. and Joseph Donald (Kelley) Wright all of Louisville and Jonathon D. Wright of Campbellsville; four daughters, Sandra (David) LaFollette and Dallis Wright all of Elizabethtown, Lisa (Jim) Brewer of Louisville and Laura (Timothy) Lindley of Radcliff; eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

The funeral will be Thursday at 3 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home with Rev. David Troxell officiating.  Burial will follow in Hardin Memorial Park.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and continue after 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
