Trannie King Bell

Whitley City —     Trannie King Bell age 89 of Shepherdsville, Kentucky died Thursday, February 2, 2012. She was a native of McCreary County, Kentucky and a member of GracePointe Community Church.

She is preceded in death by her 1st husband, Lathey King; her 2nd husband, Ronzo Bell and eight brothers and sisters.

    She is survived by her daughter, Karen Murphy (Ron); son, Stanley King (Barbara); Step-daughter, Hazel Corder; brothers, Amon and Joe Lee Stephens; sisters, Charlene Strunk and Faye Foster; granddaughters, Stephanie Hilbert (Greg), Shanda Kurk (Andy); grandsons, Steve King (Melody), Scott King (Lori) and Stacey Murphy (Dana); 1 step grandson; 12 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

    Funeral service will be Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 7:00 pm at the Schmid Funeral Home in Mt. Washington, Kentucky. The family received friends Saturday from 1-7pm at the Schmid Funeral Home. Visitation continued on Sunday, February 5, 2012 from 12:00 – 3:00 pm at the McCreary County Funeral Home in Whitley City, Kentucky. Graveside services followed at the Lower Hickory Grove Cemetery in Revelo, Kentucky.

    McCreary County Funeral Home assisted the family of Mrs. Trannie King Bell with local arrangements.
