Vivo Unveils Latest Foldables X Fold 3 and X Fold 3 Pro
Vivo has recently introduced its newest foldable smartphones, the X Fold 3 and X Fold 3 Pro, in China. The X Fold 3 is being touted as the thinnest foldable device available in the market, measuring just 4.65mm when unfolded. On the other hand, the X Fold 3 Pro comes with a larger 5700mAh battery, while the X Fold 3 is equipped with a slightly smaller 5500mAh unit.
Both phones feature significant camera improvements compared to their predecessors from last year. The X Fold 3 series is being hailed as Vivo’s most ambitious venture into the foldable segment yet. The devices sport a 6.53-inch outer panel and an 8.03-inch inner panel, both with 120Hz AMOLED screens.
The X Fold 3 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, while the X Fold 3 Pro boasts the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. The Pro model also offers IPX8 ingress protection along with its large battery capacity. Vivo is eyeing competitors like the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Honor’s upcoming Magic V2 with its X Fold 3 series.
While the global launch of the X Fold 3 and X Fold 3 Pro is yet to be confirmed by Vivo, the devices are already creating a buzz in the tech community. With sleek designs, powerful processors, and advanced camera capabilities, the new foldables are poised to make a splash in the smartphone market.
