Aerosmith’s Farewell Tour Postponed as Steven Tyler Suffers Vocal Cord Damage

McCreary County Record – Aerosmith, the legendary rock band, has announced that their farewell tour across North America has been put on hold. The decision comes after lead singer Steven Tyler sustained vocal cord damage during a recent concert, resulting in significant bleeding.

Tyler’s vocal cord injury occurred during a Saturday performance, forcing medical professionals to order him not to sing for at least 30 days. The singer’s health and recovery take priority, and as a result, several upcoming shows have been postponed.

Fans in Detroit, Washington, Toronto, Raleigh, and Cleveland will have to wait a little longer to see their favorite band perform. The postponed shows, originally set to take place in these cities, will be rescheduled for a later date, yet to be announced.

Additionally, the highly anticipated show in Chicago, originally scheduled for this Friday, will now take place on February 14, 2024, at the United Center. Fans who have purchased tickets for the Chicago concert need not worry, as all tickets will be honored on the rescheduled date. Those who are unable to attend the new date will be provided with an opportunity to receive refunds.
